Founded in 2017, by the hugely creative Fischersund family. The perfumery and art collective, harnesses the creative expression of siblings Jónsi (of acclaimed post-rock band Sigur Rós and self-taught nose), Lilja, lngibjörg, Sigurrós, and their partners Sindri and Kjartan in their immersive downtown Reykjavík store.
Fischersund is brought to life through artisan fragrances, tailor-made music and ethereal visual arts. 100% natural hand-crafted perfume making is at the brand's core using high-quality Icelandic oils, hand-poured and sustainably packaged in Iceland.
As scent and sound evoke memories, each perfume transports through a harmonious composition of nostalgia, poetry, and music. From tarred smoky woods to crisp citrus, rhubarb and Icelandic herbs, the scents create a layered sensory wardrobe for the wearer.
