We recommend dry cleaning, however you can hand-wash carefully using the following instructions:Hand wash in cold water with a specialist wool detergent. 

Look out for a Woolmark symbol on the packaging. We don’t recommend using a washing machine, as your knits could shrink. 

Press out excess water in the sink, then gently press between a folded towel to soak up more water, do not wring out. 

Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat.

Made from Australian lambswool fibre, the farms where the wool is sourced are now certified by the Responsible Wool Standard. The Responsible Wool Standard addresses the welfare of the sheep and the land they graze on. The practice of mulesing is not used.

The dyes & chemicals used at the mill, on the banks of Loch Leven in Scotland, are 98% GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), they will be 100% by next year. These organic dyes minimise damage to fibres and reduces waste produced. Thanks to this, water used is able to be successfully cleaned and returned to the loch, a world-renowned RSPB nature reserve. The highest levels of compliance are followed, monitored by SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency). This enables the brown trout, pink-footed geese and 35,000 wintering birds to thrive.
