Most purchases ship within 1-3 days from purchase unless the item is Made to Order, you will be notified in the product listing if this is the case.
At present we offer domestic and New Zealand shipping, please convo us for the correct cost to your location if it isn't covered specifically in the postage section. The customer is responsible for all taxes to be collected when importing into your country, please contact your local postal provider for local import tax information.
- TRACKING & INSURANCE
Tracking IS provided and you will be supplied with a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. Insurance is not provided, if you wish to add insurance please contact us so I can adjust the shipping costs to reflect this. This may be prudent if you have an unsecure post box or are purchasing high value goods. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any item that is lost in transit.
- MULTIPLE ITEMS & SHIPPING PROVIDERS
We are happy to combine shipping costs on multiple items, we ship with Sendle, a carbon neutral company and Australia Post within Australia and Internationally, please be aware these shipping services utilise local destination delivery and postal services such as NZ Post. Please keep in mind, sometimes there are unforeseen postal delays. Postage originates in Melbourne, Australia and is based on weight & volume. Sometime it will be necessary to send multiple items in seperate boxes due to fragility and weight constraints, but we aim to keep this to a minimum.
We do our best to provide sustainable packaging. All paper products can be recycled and the postal bags we use are compostable in your home compost. The stickers are paper and can be recycled or removed, the sticky tape is either biodegradable cellulose sticky tape or paper tape. Ribbons are either biodegradable or recyclable.
- COVID 19 POSTAL DELAYS
At present (Nov 2020) there are some postal delays due to flight restrictions related to COVID 19, these delays are mostly restricted to international travel, although there are slight regional delays with delivery. We endeavour to get your goods to you asap, but please be patient as postal delays are out of our control. If you need the goods for a particular event/date please let us know by email before you purchase and we will do our best to expedite your postage if possible.
